Serena and I spent Monday 21st with some lovely folk who grew up at a long gone little site on private property that had 6 to 8 houses, an old sawmill, workers barracks, and various other structures on it many moons ago. Thank you to Scott S for arranging this awesome location and introducing us to the lovely owners and previous residents of this truly lovely and historic location. After leaving this wonderful location Serena and I went and had a look for some other locations that we are investigating so stay tuned for those in the near future. On the way home we received some information from a friend that pointed us to a couple of spots to check out. One is an old camp which appears to be early to mid 1900s by the bottles and relics we found and the other is an old Chinese camp. We will be returning to these locations in the very near future so more on them to come very soon. Find of the day for me would have to be the epaulette military rising sun. Serena also found some very interesting old horse hardware.
